LIEBSTER BLOG AWARD

Erin and Seth write . . .

Cool! We have been tagged and rewarded for our blogging efforts by not one but TWO bloggers.

Lizzy from:
 http://izzylovesbooks.blogspot.com
 and

have awarded us with the Liebster Blog Award!

This award is given to upcoming bloggers with less than 200 followers. And, if you were wondering, Liebster is a term of endearment with German origins. That's just like Erin to load you with the obscure facts. Just ignore Seth. Libester can be translated as dearest, beloved, sweetest, kindest, etc. That sounds like us . . . or not!

Now this award comes with some strings know as the "rules":
1. You must post 11 facts about yourself.
2. You must answer the 11 questions asked of you and ask 11 questions of the bloggers you will be awarding.
3. You must pick 11 bloggers to pass the Liebster Award forward.
4. Post a link to their site and leave a comment letting them know they have won The Liebster Award!
5. No tag backs!

ELEVEN FACTS ABOUT OURSELVES. Okay . . . we can do this.

1. Erin: I was born in Cape Town.
2. Seth: I was born in Rochester, New York.
3. Erin: I want to study drama and English literature when I finish school.
4. Seth: I have a scholarship to Art School to study computer generated graphics.
5. Erin: I'm addicted to chocolate.
6. Seth: I hate chocolate. And vegetables.
7. Coldplay is one of our favourite bands.
8. Seth: My parents died when I was thirteen.
9. Erin: My parents are divorced.
10. Seth is tall with dark hair and brown eyes. I think he's hot.
11. Okay, now I have to equal that . . . Erin is short, with wild coppery-blonde curls, which I love, but she hates. And her eyes are sea green sea.

Do you really like my hair?
Of course. I thought that was obvious. Anyway, while you process that, let me get on with this stuff . . .

THE QUESTIONS WE HAVE TO ANSWER

If you were stranded on a desert island what 3 things would you have with you?
Erin: That’s obvious. A self-replenishing box of Toblerone chocolate.
Seth: Yuk. And that’s not what you’d take, Erin. Trust me, it would be a full set of the Encyclopaedia Britannica.
Erin. That’s not kind.
Seth: But true.
Erin: Okay, wise guy, what would you take?
Seth: You.
Erin: Aw. So does that mean I get all the chocolate?

Do you have a Twitter just for your blog?
Erin: Um….
Seth: Erin’s still trying to figure out how Facebook works. Let’s not strain her too much now.

Hardback/Paperback or Ebooks what do you prefer?
Erin: Hardbacked, obviously.
Seth: Don’t ask me to help you move house. eBooks, of course. Why would anyone ever read anything else?

When a book is made into a movie do you watch the movie first or read the book first?
Erin: Book. Book. Book. Anyone who goes to see the movie first is a complete heathen!
Seth: Forgive me while I worship at the altar of the Silver Screen. Did someone say Erin and I are soul mates?

How many books do you have approximately?
Erin. I have-
Interruption by Seth: Too many to count. And I only keep my absolute favourites on my eReader.

Do you make YouTube videos? If so what is the link?
Erin: I’m still to get into that.
Seth: What she’s really saying is that we’ve been too busy fighting demons and curses to worry too much with movies.

Favorite Television Show?
Erin: Downton Abbey
Seth: CSI New York

What's the best part of book blogging for you?
Erin: Meeting new people.
Seth: When it’s Erin’s turn to post.
Erin: Ignore him. He doesn’t really mean it.

Read a book at the park or read a book at the pool?
Erin: Definitely the park. I’m too fair-skinned to lie around the pool.
Seth: The park. eReaders don’t like water.
Erin: Seth! We agree on something.

Dust Jacket on or Dust Jacket Off?
Erin: On, of course. And then the book must be covered in plastic.
Seth: Huh?

Favorite Movie of all time?
Erin: Gone With the Wind. Epic!
Seth: All of the Lord of the Rings. And some of the early Star Wars.
